CR1: NVC Confusion
My husband and I recently had our USCIS case accepted and sent to the NVC. I have heard different opinions on the income requirements, and I’m hoping to hear other’s opinions. Such as, if only the most prevous year’s income matters? Or do they want all 3 of the previous years to be above the poverty line? If the 2nd or 3rd previous year’s income didn’t meet the line requirement, will that cause any issue with the NVC? Will they ask about the 3 previous years income at the interview as well? I’ve heard that only the 1st previous year is what matters, but I am unsure and want to avoid any possible delays in processing.

After almost 1000 days of waiting. Allah SWT did it today. My VAWA has been officially approved and a new card is being produced 😭 I woke up to this and I could not contain myself. wow wow wow! God is good. Now just to wait for the green card processing. Alhamdulilah. It’s almost over 🙏🏾

Hi my lawfully family, it’s been a journey and I’m glad it’s finally over. who says God doesn’t answer prayers because, I am a living testimony. It felt like a dream, I told God to make it easy and that I want an approval without an interview and HE DID IT🎉. My prayer to everyone on the waiting list, whosoever in charge of your case will not rest until they approve your case in Jesus name. don’t give up or get tired of praying, at a point I got tired and then picked myself up again. continue prayer and He will show himself in your life. Applying for N400 after my I751 got approved
Hey all,
I got approved for my I751 (marriage based) last month after they issued RFE - I sent bunch of docs and got approved relatively quickly. In my N400 application, they’re offering me a chance to submit some evidence even though it says it’s not necessary, I could bring them along to the N400 interview but if i do upload doc evidence it might make the case easier? Should I upload all of my evidence again even tho i sent USCIS all the same docs 2 months ago? they’re asking for the same things the RFE had.
