Finally after two long years I can now reunite with my Family and Friends 🫶🏾 got my second actively reviewing yesterday and Got approved today on Thanksgiving ❤️🙏🏾🎉 Thank you lord 🥰
This process was long and dreary , many days I cried and felt hopeless , but after a while I decided to stay patient and wait for God’s timing and I finally got approved when I least expected it .

AOS vs IVP
I got I-140 approved in EB2-NIW with PD Nov 2023. I am from ROW country and my PD is not current. My current visa is expiring soon. By the time my EAD expires the PD is not likely to be current for filing either. So I am planning to go for IVP. Has anyone in this group gone for IVP instead of adjustment of status? If so, what are the risks involved as opposed to doing adjustment of status?
