NVC Visa Class Question
So I know what is the difference between CR1 and IR1. We have been married more than a year but less than 2. I noticed on the NVC CEAC portal when I login it says Visa Class = IR1 which I am not complaining and hope my wife gets the the IR1 but I thought she would be getting the CR1 because our marriage is less than 2 years.
So is that accurate what I am reading does it mean she will be getting an IR1 Visa type when she get to the interview phase

Waitimg on GC after Work Permit Approval

I had my Petition I-130 approved after 8 months.
Soon after I got a request for medical. I submitted it the next day and got a notification that they recieved it on November 2nd, 2023.
In the mean time I have recieved my work authorization was approved.
Does anyone know how long its going to take to recieve my GC?

Alhamdulillah after a very long waiting time I got approved. it took 28 months to get approved for my 10 years Green Card.
I would like to advise everyone to keep tracking your case by yourself even if you have a lawyer.
