can any one tell me what this means
Applied as a US Citizen, ONLINE, for spouse I 130 visa on October 25, 2023 .
Spouse in Toronto as Canadian Permanent resident in Toronto, but with Indian Passport.
Case went to Vermont service center.
Status : As of December 3, 2023, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you.

my progress it shows the following 👇
Estimated time until case decision:
2 Weeks
Current as of today at 1:42 p.m.
Can you please help in interpreting the above two things
Is there any way expedite the case
Any guidance on filing K3 visa to speed up the process ?
any advice is highly appreciated

My wife submitted my I-130 for spouse on October 17th, 2023. On November 20th, 2023 it said 5,4,3,2,1 week estimated until case decision. Then I checked again, December 26th, 2023 and it stated "Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action". Currently I still have no update.
