EAD delay
Hi. It’s over 4 months and didn’t receive my EAD yet. latest update on USCIS is ‘… taking longer than expected’. Not sure how long is that.

hello everyone!
i’ve applied for a citizendship 2 weeks ago and it says “Case is being actively reviewed”. how long does it take to get an interview scheduled? they will reuse my fingerprints ( I received a separate mail piece about that). I filled everything online, the processing center is NBC
Interview Cancelled
Hello , my wife and I had interview scheduled for Jan 12 , 7 days ago I got a notification saying my interview has been cancelled but only for I-485 any idea what happens next ?

cuando sera mi turno llame a uscis y me dijo., la asistente que no me podian dar mayor informacion por q mi caso es un caso sensible le an dicho a alguno de ustedes esto antes
When will it be my turn, I called USCIS and the assistant told me that they couldn't give me more information because my case is a sensitive case. Has anyone of you been told this before?
divorce after filing Vawa
I filed Vawa in June of this year. i want to know if it’s safe for me to file for divorce now. Also does it matter what reason I provide the court for the divorce ? I just want a smooth divorce and no further problems with my wife. the reason for divorce is obviously abuse but I am not sure if I should mention that on the divorce application.
