My AP was approved and produced on Jan 9th 2024 after waiting for 2 years. But my extreme excitement and happiness are fading away as I haven’t received anything in my mailbox after 2 weeks 🥺🥺 what should I do? Is it common?

I couldn’t get connected to any live agents, sent an e-inquiry to USCIS, it’s assigned to an officer for reponse. hopefully it works 🙏🏻
