@waiting for gc I have no hope with the final action date but they are not even moving forward with date of filing which is extremely disappointing. people with pd 2022 are still waiting to file for AOS

@sam young they stopped moving the filing date because the backlogs are huge. If they allow you to file the I-485, you need to wait like this as well. EB3 skilled used to be in the backlogs 2020 but their filing date was in 2023, that was because they knew that the final action would move to 2021 soon and now it is finally in 2022. I agree that this category is not the priority category like the EB1, EB2, EB3 skilled but it is supposed to move faster than the current pace.

Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"
