EAD Renewal - Pending GC
I applied for my GC and I-131 in May 2023, after one year of approved asylum, and now my EAD is expiring in May 2024.
Should I renew? How long would it take? I don't want to get in trouble with my company, but I also don’t want to pay if I receive (hopefully) my GC soon.
Help! Anyone with the same issue?

ead got approved and AdP denied
I just received my Ead. the date that was given was from 2025 to 2030, and it was approved in December 2023. The picture there was from 2019 when I first filed my case , which my wife withdraw ( we already did 2 interviews for this case) . I had a biometrics redone in nov 2022. this my new case was recieved in June 5 2023 and I was told I would reuse my biometrics. I withdraw my old case and acknowledged receipt from FO on 5th of June. I was wondering why my Ead will be given a 2025 date when I am still in 2023 and old Pic used when I took a new one in 2023. I am just wondering if they didn't close my case yet. they denied my i131 for fraud and I already did an interview in 2022 and debunked it.
Don’t loose hope
Today, I got the approval message from Lawfully. I submitted medical with 485 application. I did not receive RFE. Emma never told me if my case moved to Local or other offices. I moved to CRP in Nov. My case is EB1A with Ported over PD of Dec2018.
