Best thing to do
hello, I am doing eb-3 process, currently I’m in US and my labor is approved. I am going to file i-140 and put my spouse name in it as well. So can she get her student visa if her name is on my I-140 application. My priority date is from year 2022 as we all know its going to take a while for Eb-3 process. so what is the best solution for her to come here and put Aos application along with me?

happy new year everyone. I’m hoping the case will get approved before Jan 15, 2024 as that’s the day I’m proceeding with a mandamus of writ lawsuit so I don’t have to pay 6K. Anyway happy new year everyone.
