Que esta semana sea diferente a la pasada y que todos reciban su aprobación.
Mi 130 fue aprobado el 29 de enero y recibí el welcome letter el 2 de febrero, pero aún no recibo 2 Welcome letter de mis hijos.
No entiendo por qué? si todos fueron aprobados el mismo día 🥹, no quiero empezar a llenar el proceso del NVC sin haber recibo dos de mis hijos. #Welcomeletter #lawfullyfamily #dominicana 🇩🇴

Hello everyone, just wondering. Has anyone received an approval for Aug 23, filing after RFE? #NBC#. I want to call them so badly, cos online agent only copy and paste information from the website. saying it’s normal processing time and I have to wait till May before any case inquiry. Any helpful tips when I call ? please and thank you.

so I missed my biometrics on Jan 2nd! called same day to get it rescheduled (even tried walking in. that didn’t work). I called to get an update, they telling me they submitted a new request now I need to wait another 30 days!!! how crazy is that! anyone can share their rescheduling experience please!😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😢😢😢😭😭

I have enrolled in this program since 12/30/22 and still have not heard shit. This is for my Venezuelan Fiance and I think USCIS purposely skip the Venezuelan applications. No way people have been approved in just a few weeks and I with a lot of people who also applied in 2022 are still waiting. Can anyone shed some light on this? Would appreciate it if it was in English please because unsure with some of the comments what you’re saying if it’s not English. However this process is very inhuman. I pay my taxes, I’m a U.S. citizen. I have no once got in trouble with the law and they decide to punish people for what? No process is broken since the beginning. I’m very soon in thinking I need to just apply for the K1 visa at this point.
