Still nothing
I have enrolled in this program since 12/30/22 and still have not heard shit. This is for my Venezuelan Fiance and I think USCIS purposely skip the Venezuelan applications. No way people have been approved in just a few weeks and I with a lot of people who also applied in 2022 are still waiting. Can anyone shed some light on this? Would appreciate it if it was in English please because unsure with some of the comments what you’re saying if it’s not English. However this process is very inhuman. I pay my taxes, I’m a U.S. citizen. I have no once got in trouble with the law and they decide to punish people for what? No process is broken since the beginning. I’m very soon in thinking I need to just apply for the K1 visa at this point.

Hi Oscar. I understand your frustration. Am going through the same thing. I applied for my cousin in April of 2023. My sister-in-law applied for my fiance in May of 2023. We are still waiting every time I call they say the case is processing but other people who applied after both of us has been approved. Am a us citizen. Am a nurse. I pay my taxes never been in trouble with the law. I have been at my job for 10 years. Am starting this humanitarian program is a joke. It's very very frustrating.

Thank you guys. I know I should have applied for the K1 a long time ago. I just been told that this process would take days to a maybe a couple weeks. Of course not the case at all. I honestly hate how they been treating this program and how they can’t get the help they need if they’re understaffed. Hopfully it gets better, but will be filling out the K1 visa very soon as soon as we get her birth cert from Venezuela.
