since you didn’t fill out a ds5535 it won’t be long at most 1.5 months but it could be as little as a week. be glad you didn’t get the ds5535

did you take a copy of affidavit of support for joint sponsor?

@Nasser H i did but she didnt ask for it since it was on CEAC… try to upload everything on there and they will only ask fo birth,police and marraige certificates

@Sara Saleh they were giving visas to most people tbh, i was number 13… only 2 people got the yellow paper when i was there

We had our interview mid March, but were placed on AP due to 2 missing documents. 1 week later we took those in and they took his passport. it’s now been 2 weeks. not sure how much longer this will take but since they gave him the yellow slip I’m hoping not too much longer. how long would they actually hold onto someone’s passport?
