EMBASSY EXPEDITE
Hello! 1 day later I heard back from my embassy in santo domingo and I got this answer:

However, they cannot expedite this case.
Please note: Only the U.S. Embassy or Consulate can approve or deny expedite requests.
This case is now documentarily complete. That means the National Visa Center has all the required documents. Your application is now waiting for an interview appointment.
I Will send another expedite today letting them know i am now DQ along with the fact that uscis approved and all that and if they still deny that I will send it woth my senator and contact the white house as I did with USCIS to get it approved

Finally it happened! All praises to the god! My case has been pending from November 2023 at NBC. EB-2 ROW priority date July 15 2022. I-485 filed in February 2023 with receipt block MSC239028XXX. Below is my timeline.

i765 daughter approved
My daughter i765 changed status today to New Card is Being Produced. She is the first in the family that was approved for the EAD. Can someone share with me if my i765 case will be updated soon based on my daughter's approval?
PS we are still waiting for the i131 approvals.
