How long again???
So tired of waiting & waiting! I know there’s people before me that are still waiting & I’m so sorry but this is actually a joke! why are people in 2024 getting approved already?? argh! I’m wishing everyone a speedy approval & hoping mine will be approved soon.

Contact USCIS, ask for status update, or also inquiry via local congress. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

similar timeline for me. reached out to our local congress representative and it’s amazing how our case was resolved so expeditiously. I-130 was approved today and we filed in April 2022.
