Does NBC approve GC or FO
Hi All,
maybe this has been answered before, but I'm unclear on who approves I485. i recieved an RFE for Medicals (which i originally submitted) had to resubmit. recieved this request from a FO. spoke to emma today and they mentioned NBC is working on my case. been over 35+ days since Medicals were recieved by the FO. unclear if FO approves or is it normal process for them to send it back to NBC. EB1-A PD Feb 2019, current since Jan 2024. any insight would be appreciated. thanks
Any recent (late January, early Feb) approval receive card?
My sweet husband was approved 1/31/24 for his green card, but there has been no update since. His card has not even been produced, as his case is still sitting on “Case Approved.” It has been two weeks as of today, and we are a little anxious because we want to go on an international anniversary trip in April as well as start planning a visit back to his home country.
Anyone who was recently approved for any card—are you in the same boat? If you received your card, how long did it take for your case to update to Card Produced and subsequently get delivered?

Please I need your help. my USCIS account has just CASE STATUS and CASE HISTORY. please where can I find document tap to upload unsolicited evidence. or should I close the account and open a new one. when I open the site I just used my email and password nothing else please friends is there anything that am missing. why can’t I find options for documents.
