NOID Medical Reference
I received a medical Rfe from USCIS before decision on my case. I had it done, mailed the doctor's sealed envelope and then uploaded a copy online. Now the mailed one is yet to get to USCIS but the uploaded one has been reviewed and NOID been issued saying what I uploaded isn't complete and so I should get a completed one.
Any advice or concerns

@God knows Why did you have to upload the medical if you have sent the sealed envelope?maybe you just let the USCIS confused of which is which. The sealed one is the most important one and it state that If there is unecessary documents in the files will result to delay of case or denial. 🙃

anyway, you can go back to the Doctor/ center that you got your Medical. request for a new sealed one it’s FREE then send it back to USCIS with the cover letter (NOID) then wait

@God knows no worries. this time do it right, the doctor will give you copy for reference only but that does not mean u have to do something.
I told you this because I experienced doing the medical twice and Im now only waiting for my I485 approval they gabe me rfe medical. My lawyer sent the envelope sealed then thats it. Request it to them ASAP, send it with the noid notice u received then wait for them to actively review ur case :) goodluck!

there is a reason the medical envelop is sealed and only uscis should open. do it again and send it as is. don’t try to complicate matters. sorry this happened to you and hope it get fixed soon. good luck

complete one? did they say because it’s opened or something from the form is missing? I upload one online and also shared a screenshot and statement indicating the copy is from doctor scanned not I open the envelope

go get another sealed copy from the doctor, always mail your documents with FedEx, they are more efficient.
