@Dperez Molina i sumitted my doc the same day as hers and I just got approved today and no I didn’t upload no evidence or anything.

I have a question, When you apply for I-485, do you also have to apply for EAD? someone please help

@Andreia Sanches you have the choice to apply for EAD / 765 but you don’t have to. most people do so they can work while they wait for green card. if you have another work permit it’s not necessary

Thanks everyone for their comments, it's really helpful, it seems that the evidence doesn't have a real impact on processing times, it tooks about a year to get the approval. Keep me post guys about your cases

@shikha rani No, it means my case is now at consular processing stage (NVC). That's where you pay and submit your Affidavit of support(I-864) and DS-260 forms and once that gets approved, its a waiting game to be scheduled for an interview.

@K T Hi there, I recieved my welcome letter from the NVC maybe over a week ago and i submitted my fees and forms. Have recieved yours yet?
