Administrative Processing IR2
My 15yo son has his interview on February 5 and they returned his passport and put his case under 221g due to a missing document. We mailed 2 days after that document and his passport again since they requested that on the 221g form. We received an email on February 23 saying they malied a document related to his visa application to the addresses selected for us.
We went to the NVC website to check the status and it keeps showing as “REFUSE”. Has anyone else had this issue? can they issue your visa and still not be update into the system?

It says my ranking is currently 107 as of February 24, 2024
Waiting for decision: 194
Decision: 11
Then, I checked the following day. My ranking changed to 106 but the Decision changed to 13? My ranking changed backward but the decision added 2? what’s going in inside the office?
I checked again my ranking changed to 108, Decision remains 11. Why my application is being covered and someone moving ahead of my number?

Approved exactly 6 days after my 2nd wedding anniversary.
I just got approved today after a second active review on my i130. I checked my document tab this morning and saw the approval document under document tab, i130 still shows case processing but i485 already approved. I hope it’s a 10 years green card since my marriage is past 2 years already, is there any chance they don’t give someone 10 years even when their marriage is more than 2 years old? Want to appreciate this community, seeing all the approvals everyday for the last 6-7months has been a huge motivation for me, cos if they got theirs, surely I will get mine some day, am sure that’s going to be Someone’s testimony soon. amen
