I am considering to file one next month if there is still no action from congress. Can you guys please share some resources and examples of a vawa mandamus. I wasn’t able to find any proper examples online. I would be extremely grateful if you could share yours in case you have one already.

my 485 status changed on to actively being reviewed on November 28th but not my 130
yesterday, my 130 changed to being reviewed. is there a reason they didn’t change the same time or is this a good thing. any info helps

Hi everyone, My interview is March 7th for my N-400 but my I-751 os still pending. This is all the evidence I’m brining to the interview, and I was wondering what evidence should I put first to last? I have,

3 years of our bank statements.
Credit cards showing me as an authorized user.
Our homeowner insurance bills with both our names and address.
Our homeowner insurance declarations with both our names and address.
Car insurance bills with our names and address.
our drivers licenses both have the same address.
My new passport showing our address.
Credit card statement on my name when we changed the tiers for our car and showing that I paid for it from our joint account.
Teachers retirement policy showing me as a beneficiary.
Life Insurance policy showing me as a beneficiary.
my spouse’s health insurance and dental insurance showing both our names and showing me as dependent.
All bookings of our trips together.
our T-mobile phone plan showing both our names and Im an authorized user.
our car insurance card showing our names.
our electric and gas bills showing both our names and address.
Mail and cards from friends and family showing both our names and address.
our dog and cats adoptions paperwork.
Our facebook posts and showing that we’re married since 2019.
I printed showing that we have each other emergency contacts on gym, phone, work, ect..
and I printed several pictures of us on trips, with families and friends in several occasions.
please let me know if I should add anything else FYI The house and mortgage is on my wife’s name because she bought it before we were married. Thank you!
legal advise
I have worked with my unskilled sponsor for complete one year after I received my EAD. Due to retro regression as all of you know GC is still processing. Now that I have convinced my sponsor that I will work two days a month to run the payroll untill my PD is current again, and I have a offer from another skilled full time job, should I go an do the skilled job or deny the offer? I am confused which way should I go.
