Submit inquiry with local congress. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

@Bancy Brandon @DJ Rez I've contacted my Congressman and Senator. After contacting the Senator the second time I got my i130 approved. @Empress H I dropped off my medical 6 days after it was requested, which has been a month ago. I just can't see why it's still taking this long?🤔😞

@Empress H I'm at the final stage. I'm just waiting for my medical to be reviewed and get my approval! I will reach out again to my senator after the deadline date for my medical.
