police cert
my police cert has been rejected x3 times by the NVC and I’m at a loss, the cert is perfect, there is no alternative to it and it meets all requirements. does anyone have any experience with this happening?
does anyone have an approved Irish police cert that they could share with me so I can compare? obviously hiding personal info.

I have approved i140 form with PD of 02 March 2023. I have also B1 visa which was granted before filing my I140.
My question is that I have submitted two papers and conference is in July 2024 in Florida US. So can o travel on my visit visa to present my research work and return back to my country or Border control will not allow me?

how many days or months did you wait after the notification said ‘ the case is taking longer than expected’ ?
Hello Everyone, it is very stressing me that my employement authorization is coming to an end and USCIS has not approved my work permit yet. it has been saying ‘the case is taking longer’ for 2 weeks. when did you get your approval after this message?

People my advice to you who are waiting long times like me ,I know it may feel frustrating but I’m telling you forget and stop stressing about USCIS and go enjoy and live your life; life too short to let situations you can’t control get the best of you 😆 God knows the time and date better than any man and he knows best just have a little faith like mustard seed 🙏🏾 I pray our time comes soon and we can reunite with our love ones .
