please if they send you a NOID or RFE for I-130 and the petitioner (citizen) does not have an account and you didn’t recieve the paper copy, is it possible for USCIS to send it to the petitioners email?

@Baiano Lash they said they couldn’t help with logging in because 90 days is given to create an account and anything after 90 days, one will not be able to. they specifically warned us about that. so the only way we were able to pass that was to call and ask them to send a copy of whatever document was sent to the petitioners personal email.
