police clearance
hi guys
so i am currently residing in sri lanka and I got my police clearance report for that … since 1999 till 2018 I was living in Saudi arabia under family visa of my dads and I was a student there. However i am no longer in Saudi Arabia and my visa there no longer exists and since 2018 I have been fully residing in my home country Sri Lanka.
Do i still need to submit the police report for saudi arabia? NVC also states that ‘non citizens not currently residing in Saudi Arabia cannot obtain a police certificate’ …

EAD received AP pending. filed my EAD and AP renewal in November 23rd 2023. EAD renewal is done really quick but AP approval I-131 is still pending after 4 months. my receipt number starts with IOC

Thank you God. Dream comes through after seven years in USA and 6 years fighting immigration.
It was great fight since 2018. First adjustment of status marriage case got denied in 2019 on the interview day cus it was a stoke interview without a lawyer. Wife withdrew i130 on the interview day cus she was under duress. Allegation of marriage fraud came in. I was put in a removal proceedings, divorce came in, covid came in, New marriage came in. Fight removal proceedings in immigration court. File new i130, i485,i765 in April 2022, Judge dismissed removal proceedings in August 2022. Went for initial interview January 2023. Received NOID on the first marriage April 2023, Responded to NOID May 2023, Security check came in, contacted congressman, senator, Ombudsman, white house, another NOID to prove the current marriage came in on march 1st 2024, responded March 15th 2024. i130 approved March 22, 2024, i485 approved March 26, 2024. My lawyer did a really good job and she always responds to my call, emails, text messages.
