I-94 extension
I’m still waiting for my green card (pd Nov 22) but need to extend my I-94. does anyone have experience with doing this when crossing by foot to Mexico and getting back the same day? what are the steps I need to take prior to this? thank you!

extend your i94? if you have a pending 485, that is a basis for legal status and you can stay in the US until it is approved.

it does not make sense extending your i-94 when you have a pending i-485
