You might be close to getting approved. My PD was Sep 2022 and got approved this week. Saw some Nov 2022 approvals as well.So, good luck.

Even Dec 2022 are getting approvals. I really don't think that a retrogression (if any) will impact you.

@Raul Mayor June 2024 visa bulletin section D (fourth from bottom):”High demand in the Employment Second category will most likely necessitate retrogression of the worldwide final action date (including Mexico and Philippines) in the next month to hold number use within the maximum allowed under the Fiscal Year 2024 annual limit.”

@K P my PD is also October 22, and I hope retrogression will not reach us! may 2-2,5 months of retrogression

Early September 2020 PD. I was so upset when I saw that note, because they only moved about 6 months this fiscal year after a big retrogression last year anyway and thought they estimated their allocation right, but I guess not. Here's hoping it's not that big of a jump

@Fazlul Haq it’s not pessimism. USCIS told us there would be a retrogression next month — we just don’t know how far back it will retrogressed.
