case received Oct 3 2022 (I-130, I-131, I-765, I-485)
I-765 EAD approved Nov 20 2023
I-131 still pending, no update since Oct 3 2022
I-693 Requested March 3 2024 received March 19 2024
I-485 under review March 19 2024
I-130 RFE for initial evidence received March 19 2024
RFE received today (know because of the tracking number) waiting on an update from USCIS.
Hoping GC will be approved soon 🙏🏻
Need some advice please!!
So I submitted my i765,i130,i485. did my biometric currently waiting on my EAD, however things are not going well and I’m so scared, can I go ahead and file for Vawa , can I do the application by myself or should I wait until I get some form of response in regard to my AOS?????
