i am aging, its been 3 years now, i want to severe my ties with my husband, i am still connected to him in one wqy or the other and not qble tp move forward

seems like not 3 years just 18 months and processing time 40 months now so you better just forget about that case for a while :(

sorry but as @b s bs said, average processing time is 40 months now. I have been waiting more than 5 years and plenty people from 2020 haven't been approved yet. Try to live your life and not think about the process. Wish you all the best 🙏

i have seen people with fake marriages getting their vawa approved faster, just by paying $20k, and i feel shitty being in a serious marriage and with actual fraud and torture and my husband is freely moving too, inspite of having police reports and serious charges, he is looking for different girls... why USCIS cant understamd fake and genuine marks... genuine doesnot create records.. but fake men applying vawa just create records with makeup kits... no women will apply for fake vawa cases, i have seen, marriage is a very serious thing for a woman.
just wanted to vent out the truth...
