Asylum withdrawal USCIS Office
how long it took & what’s status showing after withdrawal completed?
* USCIS sent asylum withdrawal letter as I already have a greencard.
The letter says if you want to continue asylum send this letter back otherwise this petition will be withdrawn automatically within 30days.
But, after six months status still showing pending.
Anyone received that type of letter?

@Abdulwahab Adedigba if she is US citizen she can file a petition for you. however you should not close your asylum case until you adjust your status through marriage. if you want to travel you would need an advance parole and it may take up to 18 months to get it.
