EB2 - I485 pending since few years now
I am primary applicant of EB2 GC. My EB2 ( I485 and I140 ) was submitted together in Aug, 2021 together with my family's I-485 applications.
My I-140 got approved in Aug, 2022.
I Received medical RFE for my "Family only" in April 2023 and never received medical RFE for my self (Primary applicant). Medicals RFE were responded in May 2023 that included my Medicals too with a cover letter.
Ever since its been 1 year now there is no movement in the case and all I-485 applications of my family are stuck in Dallas Field Office. Even the case status was never changed to "Response to RFE received".
Note: I had a criminal case that was "Dismissed" / No conviction. So I believe I will have to go through in-person interview. I heard that the Dallas Field office ( where my case is ) is backlogged for interviews?
Can I somehow get the latest status or push USCIS for an update? #EB2
Change of address help!
I received an update that mail was sent out and returned because post office could not deliver, I sent my AR-11 form two times to uscis they haven't responded to me and my isn't updated, the house of Representative said they are not allowed to submit change of address, I have no money to pay an attorney. can someone please tell me what to do, I've waited 3 years now this.

VAWA green card interview help
Hi! I’m having my interview 4/18. I filed my 485 in 2020 and 360 in 2021 and my VAWA is approved 3/5/24. I’m have some questions about the green card interview.
1. do I need to bring all the marriage evidence to the interview? when I filed back in 2020 I did it myself and i was so stupid that I didn’t make a copy of all the evidence and the application. should I be worried? do I need to bring all the evidence to the interview? if not what to bring?
2. what questions do they typically ask?

how long does green card take after I 30 approval? we’ve submitted all necessary paperwork and I think we’re waiting on appt. not sure exactly anyone have any info?
not sure exactly what step in the process we are in. my wife lives in Juarez, I’m in El Paso. I 30 was approved and we’ve submitted paper work for the green card. anyone have any idea how long this step in the process takes?
EAD Renewal - Who is responsible and when to apply
My EB2 GC case is pending and current EAD is Expiring on 8/31/2024. I have two questions:
1. I am expecting my GC to be approved soon. How late can I apply for EAD renewal to be able to be eligible for automatic extension while EAD renewal application is pending?
2. In cases with Employer Based GC application is pending; Who is responsible to pay for EAD renewal ? Employer or Employee? #EAD #EB2 #EADrenewal
Biometrics Receipt Number missing
Guys I need help!! My mother has a B1/B2 Tourist Visa of USA. On 2020 she stayed here in the US more than 6 months. We paid USCIS for the extension and she went for the biometrics as well while she was here. We need her biometric receipt and Her biometric receipt is missing. Is there any way to get the reciept from USCIS?
USCIS is confused sometimes and they make mistakes!
let me share my journey so far, so I was approved on Feb 24 for my i485 and then Feb 26th for my i130. Got approval notice on Feb 28th and I thought my green card will be next in the mail but unfortunately I didn’t receive it even after 40 days of being approved, I reached out to USCIS cos I booked a ticket home already and still no green card when it’s only 2 weeks to my trip, so they agreed to schedule me for a stamp i551 appointment, a stamp they put on your passport and it’s essentially a temporary green card for 1 year, so yesterday was my appointment and I asked the office I met why they didn’t produce my card yet, he checked the system and was surprised that my green card production failed twice, so he called a supervisor and they found out the lady who took my picture for biometric cut off my head halfway and that’s why my card kept failing, since yesterday I have received two updates, one was that my green card was recalled which I received yesterday after they took my picture again, secondly this morning I received an update that my i485 was approved for the second time. moral of the lesson: if your case is stuck somewhere or you haven’t received an update for so long, keep reaching out, sometimes they makes the silliest of mistake and they move on with their lives even if those mistakes means another person is stuck in their own life. PLEASE HELP!
my embassy refuses to answer my expedites, they are not denied or approved and my senator has sent one, i have sent one, and the NVC has sent one. i am not sure what is going on!! please tell me if there is any other way to get them to answer me. I sent an inquiry to the white house but not sure they will respond. what other measures can i take please!?
