Finally, my time has come. PD Oct 28 22. Received medical RFE although I did include when I filed.
I did reach out to congressman last week but not sure my approval has to do with it. I did not hear back from the office so.

I contact congressman already 25 day but they don’t give me ans yet ?
jiya pMay 22, 2024
how many day before you contact the congressman @Jack H ?
Jack HMay 22, 2024
I contacted congressman early last week. I didnt receive any response from them and people say it takes minimum 2 weeks to take action from them.
so I do not think my case approval has to do with their service.
Jack HMay 22, 2024
@Blank Apellido you can request to check the status or expedite depending on your congresperson. I won’t tell exactly what I requested.
Blank ApellidoMay 22, 2024
@Jack H thanks. I was just wondering what type of arguments do congresperson accept. I am glad for you!
Jack HMay 22, 2024
my case is a little personal so I won’t reveal much. you can look at the uscis website the reasons they would accept for expediting. or some congressman also accept general status checking too.

just curious why your medical was not completed? was it clinic fault?
Jack HMay 24, 2024
yes it was clinical fault. USCIS doesn’t specify the error but they say it was not up to date. I think the clinic might have used the old form. I’m not sure. go to the reputable one
