@Kun A and @Srinivas N I am the principal applicant. PD is Dec 2022. i got my GC alongside my wife and 7 years old daughter, but my oldest daughter got medical RFE. USCIS received the response to the RFE yesterday and the GC got approved today.

@Sa O Congratulations. Which field office was your case at?

@N N Funny! I submitted my application to Chicago center and it was later transferred to NBC and it was placed in CRP. It has never been sent to field office. No interview. They approved three of us last two weeks and only my daughter got RFE for medical. They received the RFE response yesterday and it got approved today.

hi @Sa O ! congratulations! how do you know ot was not sent to a field office? I’ve been trying to u derstan if all cases need to got from NBC to a field office in order to be approved..(I’m EB1C)

@Harry Green They sent me a receipt notice when it was transferred to NBC. The I-485 approval notice showed that it was approved at NBC.

@N N Everything from I-140 to AOS approval was super fast for family of 4 (myself, wife, and 2 kids).

@Sa O..... congratulations.... I'm in the same boat. got approved for myself, my wife and older child last week. Still waiting to get approval for 2 year old child. did not receive any RFE yet.
