question regarding Ap.
I have a question regarding using AP for me and my kids while my husband still on H1B status. Me and my kids are currently on H4 and my spouse on H1B. My husband have approved I-140 (EB1A) (PD- Nov-2022). We applied for I-485 in December 2022 for me, my husband and two dependent kids. We received EAD and parole documents (travel documents) recently. My husband also got his H1B stamping in US (under pilot program-domestic) and now I would like to visit India soon with my family and my husband is going to use his H1B visa stamping to renter in US as his employer attorney recommended, but I would like to use AP documents for me and my kids to reenter USA. I need your opinion if someone has any experience with that. Is it possible we can re-enter with AP documents while my husband is still on H1B? Thank you very much for your help.

help
I went to the DMV to renew my drivers license. I took a long my extension letter and instead of telling me that I could renew my drivers license, they put the whole thing into SAVE and gave me a case number. I’m still waiting on my green card to be approved and my drivers license expires on 15 June. Can someone please explain what this all means?

Basis for approval…
… This program allows parolees to live and work legally in the USA for 2 yrs. I can’t understand when I see people arriving in wheelchairs that are senior citizens approved. It’s obvious they’re not going to work so why are they being approved first and taking away the opportunity for others that want to work and provide for their families in Venezuela w/out depending on help from US social service programs. If it helps someone I did speak to an agent at USICS and they said the delay is because they’ve added more countries to the humanitarian parole program. But after 307 days the case is confirmed travel is approved!Lawfully was worth every cent because it provided information on how the cases were moving in real time!! Thank you #Lawfully 🙏🏼🇺🇸🇻🇪🙏🏼
