EB2 OR EB3 Row - Update after RFIE for Birth certificate
Following up if anyone received any update after receiving RFIE for Birth certificate.
I have been waiting for over 100 days and haven't seen any movement. Anyone got any info, if their case transferred to field office or any other update.
My receipt is MSC249017 - NBC
After my VAWA approval case is back to “reviewing correspondence “
I had my VAWA approved last month. my card was produced and delivered after about 24 days.
Today, my profile just popped up showing that “ They have received my correspondence and reviewing my case”.
what could this mean after approval.
Citizenship for EB Green Card
There are different options regarding applying for citizenship from employment based green card holders. Apparently, USCIS will ask for proof of employment with sponsoring company. Any recent experience? Do you need to show paystub and W2 from that company? Additionally, what if the salary doesn’t match to the approved PWD, will it be a problem? Thanks everyone!

Solo quiero agradecer a esta gran comunidad de lawfully, porque de una forma u otra, nos complementamos y nos servimos de sostén, nos ayudamos a poder soportar la espera que en ocasiones es larga, con cada comentario, con cada experiencia compartida, analizamos nuestros casos, y más o menos tomamos puntos de referencia; nuevamente les digo, que espero que todos aquellos que llevan largo tiempo en espera, sus casos sean resueltos, confíen en Dios, pues su tiempo es perfecto. No se si esto le ayude a alguien, pero mi caso fue aprobado sin entrevista y la única evidencia que me solicitaron, fueron los análisis médicos, ya que yo subí en mi cuenta de uscis, donde dice unsolicited evidence, fotos de nuestro día a día, y documentos que respaldarán nuestra relación. solo lo básico, sin querer demostrar demasiado(nada de fotos intimas). por ahora este es el final de mi primer peldaño, bendiciones 🙏🙏🙏🙏.

the most frustrating part is waiting and not knowing by when we will receive the approval. not to mention all the steps that will follow through the NVC and consular processing. It is tough on my mom who is living by herself in Germany.

Today I had my interview for my I-485. It went well and after a couple hours I received an uldate “New Card is being produced”. I understood that I got approved but I contacted USCIS with a question and they told me that in their end it is still pending.

maritial status change (Divorce) while eb3 pending !!!

Is this mandatory to update maritial status?? What are the things to send uscis to let them know and keep update records of my case ??
I recently got divorce and I am the main applicant of eb3 while filing i-485 , i didnot mention my spouse as a dependent.. So what should i do to inform uscis to update it..???
