I have also submitted the K3 visa for my husband for 5 months and I have not received any changes.

@Visa Approval 2024🤞🤞 yea welcome to the USCIS. asking it to be fair is a joke. I’ve been waiting 12.5 months for a straight forward AOS married to a citizen. no red flags or issues with my case. some people overstay visitor visas and get a green card in 3 months. but it is what it is. just know that 130s are like 80% approved at 12.5 months right now.
