Still nothing update on my EAd On my Vawa .
Before vawa i filled asylum . I have my EAD based on asylum but it gonna expire soon .
Don't know whats going When i am gonna get my EAD ?

Good morning, I called USCIS and they told me that my case was already outside of the processing times, so they could send a request to the office handling my case to see what happens. They gave me a number starting with the letter "T" and said they would respond within 30 days.
Does anyone know what that means?

Finally Approved After Being Retrogressed
Sharing timeline for those waiting to get some info on timeline and give some hope. My EB3 skilled process was retrogressed last year and then became current in Jan bulletin. My PD was Feb 2022. Had to wait 2-3 months before i finally got the decision. Freedom finally 😭 .Good luck to all.

Dependent’s EAD+AP are approved; I’m still waiting
hello everyone,
my husband is expecting the combo card delivery today. I’m still waiting. We are also waiting for the RFE notice for I-485.
When we supmit the RFE response, would it be possible for me to receive the I-485 approval before EAD + AP?
Did anyone experience something similar?

so weird man, the last time I heard from the USCIS is in 2022 asking for RFE and submitted that. Never heard from them again. funnily now after two years I heard from them asking for another RFE which is for medicals.
any idea ? trying to understand the logic!
