Biometrics scheduled after 6 months
hi! I filed I485 in Dec2023. I am current in EB1C since then. Normally we get biometrics in 2 weeks. But I got biometrics this month after 6 months.. Have anyone seen this kind of scenario? btw, they had approved my I765 and I131 in 40 days without biometrics!
Have anyone seen this kind of scenario? For me this indicates some positve development as I do not believe they are stating to work on my file right now… as there were few updates internally in May24

so my combo card got expired . recently I got my vawa approved and card sent to me. but I need to renew my advanced parole. what should I do. I’m traveling on 5august wondering how long it will take for me to get the advanced parole. also can I expedite it? and if so how much?

No information on Form I-797C notice of action
I filed my I-140 petition 5 wks ago from outside the U.S .Today I received form I-797C notice of action from USCIS. however there's nothing written on the form except "APPLICANT COPY" and my petition documents returned.what does this mean? I urgently need help. I'm stressed already.

Can anyone please advise what does “unavailable” meant ? and how long it may take to get the greencard ?

CONFUSED… VAWA UPDATES
hello, I am really confused as my i-360 status changed to uscis reviewing it for the second time since july 2021. and today i have received three letters (NOA) that they received my applications (i-360, c31,i-485) again even though i have those receipt notices already from 2021 .
