You did not file correctly that is why it was returned. The fees are $715, $300 and $2805 (if doing premium processing). Also for I-140 Part 1 Q5 is NO, Part 1 Q6 is YES. Check your form now. This is the major reason people’s document are getting returned

@Kofi K Yes, it is confusing. That is why it got denied. You should choose YES for Part 1 Q6 (employ less than 25 employees- YES)

@Kofi K You also have to pay $300. The fee is $715 (i-140) and $300 (asylum fee). if using cheque or money order, you pay the fee seperately. if using a US credit card, you can pay it together. I recommend paying it seperately. the $300 is mandatory (it relates to the pt1 Q6)

@Kofi K They haven’t cashed it out. The payment has to be complete for them to cash it out. I am sure they returned the cheque. Don’t forget to include the $300 asylum fee too (it is mandatory). if you don’t, your petition will be sent back again. https://www.uscis.gov/g-1055?form=i-140
