Good afternoon ,guys .l hope that you are doing well .As l told you before my wife doesnt want to go to the second interview,so l will go alone and l will try to explain the situation to them ,my wife does whatever she wants ,she doesn’t care of me anymore ,l have been on depression and emotional problems ,because of her ,she treats me like trash ,she does not hit me to be honest ,but she has destroyed my mind ,my emotion ,my mental health.after uscsi maybe dinie my case ,l will apply for Vawa ,l have proof of what l am talking about ,what is your opinion ?

Emergency Advance Parole
Hi Everyone,
I miraculously got approval of Emergency advance parole because my Grandfather passed away. Expires Sept 12, 2025. I have a pending I-485 and the current status is RFE sent, but not received even tho it was mailed Aug 30th.
Will my AP affect my I-485 application?
My lawyer unfortunately doesn't respond any of my emails.

supplement J for EB1 (a) RFE
Hello all, we filed our I 485 this May and we just received an RFE for Supplement J. As far as my knowledge EB1 category doesn’t require Supplement J. Does anyone have an idea what to do or has received a similar RFE. would appreciate if you could share your response to USCIS.
