I need a little help please
I am divorced and applied for the I-751 in February 2023. Recently, on October 30, I received an RFE stating that I would receive a response within 60 days. First question: does anyone know if that response will be to approve or deny the case? Or is it just a confirmation that they have received my evidence? Second question: I sent the requested documents on November 15. They haven’t updated anything since October 30. I want to know if I can travel for two months, but I’m afraid they might respond during that time, and I won’t be able to re-enter the country.

@God is great d my advice for you is not to leave the country for now. I know it’s hard to stay in but to avoid trouble and explanation Kindly stay in the country until your case is finally sorted out.

You’re a Resident already if i751 is what you filing so no matter what happened at the port of entry you will be allowed in only a judge can decide on your reentry or not, not CBPs. So don’t be scared and more so, you can be denied of anything, be positive.
