I NEED A LITTLE HELP PLEASE 🚨
I've filed my case over a year now, I have not gotten any thing at all.. no prima facie, no work permit. how do they really expect me to survive knowing that I have 5 kids plus my siblings to take care of.. I've called USCIS on 2-3 occasions yet still they telling me my case is in normal processing time.. even my RFE response haven't gotten any update and it's way past the 90-94 days which they said they take to make a decision can someone please give me some advice?

I’ve filed July 2023
and I’ve gotten work permit and ssn February 2024
I’ve also gotten PF in January 2024
but I didn’t get an rfe I’m just patiently waiting on my decision now.
But don’t you have a lawyer that could help you with this?

@chopichoolu the head corner stone I am almost in the same boat as u but I at least got PF & AP no EAD. My kids, and family need to eat to. I can't even work

If anyone pays a Lawywr 7500.00$ you think they will listen to these complaints from you of not been able to survive without EAD? they are callous humans, because of people like Them is why they stating interview for vawa applicants, they charging way too much, and if a c09 was filed you can request expedite for your case and it will be worked on for you

@Kenn Kenn. it was paid by family and friends and that's what hurt the most because it's not like I don't have family support but I need to start supporting myself and my kids because I have 4 kids to take care of
