H-1B Petition Receipt Shows July 1 Received Date – Any Issues?

Hello everyone, My employer's LCA was certified on June 30 at around 11:30 PM CST, and they attempted to file my H-1B cap petition immediately. However, due to the scheduled USCIS online filing system maintenance from 7:00 PM to 11:59 PM EST that night, they were unable to submit the petition until the portal reopened. Although the filing would have been before July 1 in the CST time zone, it was after midnight on July 1 in the EST time zone because USCIS uses Eastern Time. As a result, my USCIS Receipt Notice shows: Received Date:07/01/2026 Notice Date:07/01/2026 Since USCIS accepted the filing and issued a receipt number, does this mean my petition has been accepted for processing? Has anyone else had a July 1 received date because of the USCIS system maintenance? If so, did it cause any issues? If there were a filing date issue, would USCIS reject the petition immediately, or could it still be rejected later during processing? Thanks in advance for any insights!

any approval people? I can’t reach the timeline now is 50 months I’m 49, but before reaching the 50 will go one more month. but I see March April May cases not been approved .. this is crazy. i think is going to be 60 months wait any time soon.

Going through I-485 adjustment? This kept me sane during the wait.

The I-485 wait is brutal because so much is invisible. You are waiting on biometrics, then the EAD combo card, then maybe an interview, and USCIS just says "Case Was Received" the whole time. My green card was approved today, five and a half years after I started the process. I changed sponsors two and a half years ago, but the Supplement J was not submitted. The medical exam (RFE) was delivered on June 22nd, but I never received a delivery confirmation update. no interview 🙌 Cincinnati / ohio

My currently EAD expires August this year. (I was granted it from SIJS) but the frame time ends this year with it as swell. My priority date is December 9 2021 from SIJS and Thanks God I was able to apply this year when the bulletin Visa jumped all those years. So, I know my EAD expires this August but I already applied to my new EAD c9 but with the new rules I can work with my new EAD until I get it physically and not like before if you applied before it expires you still had 1 year to keep working like that until you get your new one. I'm scared because my deferred action ends this August and with that my deportation defense. If ICE detains me they can still hold me until my 1-485 is approved and all that stress me out. So, I applied for the I-765 and I-485 already and I have receipt for both, and for the I-765 I didn't need to do the biometric again(they reused them) but for the I-485 l am going to do it the next week. I applied for both things and uscis received on may 8th. (my current one is category c14 and the new one will be c09) but the question is: -Can I still working with my old EAD if I haven't got my new one yet? (expires this August and I applied on may8th) -My lawyer's paralegal says it depends of my employer if he wants to keep me working like that. But I'm scared I can have problems with USCIS for keep working with my EAD expired while waiting for my new one. -I spoke with my employer and he says he doesn't have a problem bc I'm just waiting for my new one and shouldn't be a problem with HR but idk. -Anybody had a problem like that? -My plan is to do Uber of DoorDash if in any case I can't keep working until | get my new EAD but all this is driving me crazy #EAD #Workpermit #SIJS #Visajuvenil

How many days is it taking to receive the I-751 receipt notice with the 48-month extension? I filed my I-751 on June 16 and I’m still waiting for my receipt notice. Has anyone else filed around the same time?
