Hello everyone! My case i751 is pending for more than 2 years now. since may 2024. We have done just biometrics.( me first, than my husband). my question is here.. can we upload more evidence through Uscis account under (Unsolicited evidence category)? without any request from Uscis.
Or just wait?

my file create in 11 July 2022 in F2B category my parent is 1 more year he is apply citizen ship so my file is convert to F1 category or F2B cetegory plz must be as soon as possible good reply…if it possible to minimum days my file is open …in f1 or F2B cetegory…I am single person at this time..so don’t now what a loud next step..kindly suggest….

1- 2 year tax filling jointly as a marriage and other 3 as a single for just case they ask
2- 3 year lease when we leave together
3 - banks stataments for 3 years until we closed
4 - id same address
5- 3 year on billls of light of the apart were we leave
6-affidavid of my ex tell them we have a real relationship
7- pics of both thavelin and be together as a couple
8- travel intinerary or flight ticket for the place we go
9- divorce degreee
10- my old albums of married were i bring to my firth interview
11- copy of the recipe local when we celebrate wedding
12 - affidavitt of brothers and fathers of my ex
13 - paper of the doctor of my stepdaughter and me as a contact of emergency
14- pics of our social media posting photos of our wedding the day we get marry
15- pics of my es mother posting photos of us many years ago she stiil have it .
ASS NEW EVIDENCE I HAVE
1- affidavit of my stepdaughter talk about our relationship as a couple .
My husband got approved I-485 on march 2026 but I’m “still being processed”. Is anyone in the same page? how long do I have to wait? We are filing for my son American citizen I-130
