I am reapplying—once againAdjustment of Status. because my application was denied in 2024. That was very painful for me and my husband; we had so many travel plans. I am longing to go see my parents; it has been over seven years since I last saw them. I have faith in my God that this time will bring me a blessing and an approval. I am reapplying for my adjustment of status. It was denied in 2024 without me ever having to attend an interview—after waiting for a whole year. That was the most painful thing anyone could ever experience. I have been married to my husband for four years, and we have been together for nine. We made so many travel plans; we wanted to go together to visit my parents—whom I haven't seen in over seven years—so they could meet their granddaughter. We wanted to go to the Dominican Republic. Well, I know that God Almighty will perform a miracle and bless me with these approvals this year. I have faith in Him. And I wish the very best to everyone else who is waiting, just like me. Something good is coming, in the name of Jesus.

Urgent Legal Help Needed: Crossover VAWA, Immigration Removal Defense, and Family Law Fraud
I need an attorney for an urgent immigration/family law crisis. I live in Stockton. My removal proceedings were administratively closed on Sept 4, 2025, at Concord court. I have a Prima Facie in pending VAWA (I-360) and I-485 based on spousal abuse. My spouse recently filed for divorce in Sutter County, but I haven't been served. We separated in May 2023 with no contact. She is now pregnant and committed bigamy by marrying in India on Jan 10, 2026. I have clear proof: our CA marriage certificate and translated records. I am under severe stress. My father passed away, and my mother is in India awaiting a postponed open-heart surgery (CABG). I cannot get emergency travel permission because my court case is closed instead of fully terminated. Meanwhile, my trucking business is collapsing because my CDL was downgraded due to my pending status.I want to hire a firm to expose this fraud in family court, file a Motion to Terminate my removal proceedings, and expedite my VAWA case.

USCIS :
Submit secondary birth evidence. Your birth certificate was registered 30 years after you were born. Therefore, you must submit additional documentary evidence. This
evidence may include, but is not limited to:
• Medical records or health records
• Church records or religious documents
• Early school records
• Insurance records:
• Employment records;
• Financial records (tax returns)
• Census or tribal records;
• Government records or identification documents

• Your name and your parents);
• Dates (e.g. dates of your birth, religious event, school attendance, hospital admittance, etc.);
• Stamp, seal, signature of issuing official, authorized personnel, etc.
Affidavits (if secondary evidence is not available): If none of the above secondary evidence is
available, you must first establish that such evidence is not available by submitting evidence of
non-existence. After doing so, tertiary evidence, such as affidavits, may be submitted. However, be
aware that affidavits will only be accorded minimal weight unless they are accompanied by other

alguien más como yo? sometí los papeles el 2 de marzo de 2025 y aún mi caso no ha avanzado, simplemente dice procesando, pero no no han entrado a revisar mi caso ni nada no he visto ningún avance no dice revisando ni nada, no veo ningún avance y eso es algo frustrante. Me gustaría saber si hay alguien aquí que le pasa lo mismo
