USC: Filling for spouse & stepchild
Hi guys, hope y’all can help/advise us…
According to “Case processing times” and the receipt date (10/17/20) ours date for a case inquiry was 05/15/21. We haven’t heard/received anything from uscis, is this normal? is not, what are we supposed to do? how does this works?
(Btw uscis already have ours fingerprints)
Thanks in advance!
can you travel with AP if your visa has expired?
Hi All!
I am on a dependent work visa, which got expired and extension to stay application is under processing.
if I get my AP before extension to stay application gets approved, can I travel outside US to visit family. haven’t seen them since the lockdown started?
EL
EAD based on approved asylum
Applied for and EAD under new category - approved asylum in Oct 2020. Current status - Fingerprints applied as of Feb 1, 2021.
I have applied for a GC couple of months ago with form i485 but its status is also stuck as Fingerprints applied.
I will soon be losing my EAD extension period and probably lose my job and DL.
I know they say that asylees can work without an EAD but neither my employer nor DMV does not seem to care about it.
F1 visa application for a minor child. Both parents have pending IR5 petition
hello I want to know if anybody is in the same rut as I am and could shed some light. I petitioned both my parents however I have minor sibling. I was told its much better if my parents petitions for my brother when they get here in the US however it will be really difficult to leave my brother in the Philippines just by himself. Both my parents are old and hmy father has dementia. i am really hopi ng there is a way that I can apply for my brother’s student visa. if we are being honest, we dont have an intent to overstay our welcome and why would we think of illegally letting my brother stay if we have afforded to petition/support my parents. My parents are going to petition him right away. So really I don’t know if USCIS has a heart.
