gc filed for parents of gc holder
hi all, if a green card holder files for gc for his parents, can they legally stay on in the country during the application processing period?)? they are on B2/tourist visa and 6 month period is expiring. also any idea about wait times of parents GC applications by GC holders these days?

only us citizen can file for parents. gc holder can only file for wife and unmarried kids.
