kind of disappointed to see cases that applied way after me getting approved

applied in March 2021 (Potomac service center) I-130 and I’m seeing cases that applied in Sunmer-September getting approved. like how 🥺🙏🏻 send some prayers my way I don’t wanna leave without my hubby we have reunited as a family (I took a risk to travel overseas with my one year old son I’m so stressed on traveling back he will definitely miss his dad when we have to go back to the us. )

Please what happens to the application approval if your spouse later refuses to update your last name after the marriage certificate has been issued on her other documents. Will USCIS still approve the application?
