kind of disappointed to see cases that applied way after me getting approved
applied in March 2021 (Potomac service center) I-130
and I’m seeing cases that applied in Sunmer-September getting approved. like how 🥺🙏🏻 send some prayers my way I don’t wanna leave without my hubby we have reunited as a family (I took a risk to travel overseas with my one year old son I’m so stressed on traveling back he will definitely miss his dad when we have to go back to the us. )
meaning of admitted for permanent residence
“An alien assigned by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS), Department of Homeland Security, to a class of immigrants authorized to be employed (aliens who are lawfully admitted for permanent residence by INS are the largest class of aliens in this category)”
Does i485- EAD with A number qualify as this largest class of aliens or is it only for GC?
only filing i130 becuz of covid and I lost my job
so my wife and I got married in the states I filed her petition but due to covid and loosing my job I haven't been able to file anything else will this affect my case the long time line to file the other forms
Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application
