only filing i130 becuz of covid and I lost my job
so my wife and I got married in the states I filed her petition but due to covid and loosing my job I haven't been able to file anything else will this affect my case the long time line to file the other forms

Hi I'm sorry about that, I understand, the forms are way too expensive, what would happen is that you will get your bio-metrics and work permit, once you submit your i-485 they will merge them into one case, it will take a little longer but at least you will have a work permit , good luck
