Interview AOS F2A

Hi everyone, I was scheduled for my AOS interview (F2A – married to a permanent resident). In February I received an RFE for my medical exam because it had expired, so I sent the response. Today I received my interview notice. My concern is that about 5 months ago I moved to another state. The RFE (medical notice) and Interview notice were both sent to my current address (I updated my address with USCIS as soon as I moved), but the interview is scheduled in the state where I used to live. I can travel there without a problem, but I’m worried they might say they cannot adjudicate my case because I no longer live in that state. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.

My 2nd interview is scheduled and pd is current. Is there anyone who had been in this situation. Did you get decision on same day/weeks/months or still waiting? What do you guys think I’ll be asked in the interview? All questions about sponsors, BDV etc were asked in the first interview and suppj, paystub medical everything submitted in the rfe after my first interview last yr.

F2A I-130 Approved

Hi everyone! After 3+ years of waiting, my F2A I-130 was Approved on February 18th (yesterday)! What was funny was that February 17th (the day before) I received a "Case is still being processed" update. Then 1 day later it was approved early morning on February 18th. *For Reference, this is my timeline and info:* Priority Date: January 4, 2023 Service Center: Nebraska (previously California) Country: Bahamas NO request for additional info (RFE) *timeline:* January 4, 2023: Petition received June 1, 2023: Case activity being reviewed February 17, 2026: Case is still being processed by USCIS February 18, 2026: Case Approved. Now, on to the NVC stage. I am hoping the Visa Pause is lifted by the time my interview is scheduled. WISHING APPROVALS FOR EVERYONE STILL WAITING 🤞
