Nine long months and still waiting! 270 days! Not being certain of any response from Uscis, l! This increases the stress and without being able to ask someone about my case! Since 11/11/2022 when they filled out our applications! was a patient 1year wait. but God been on my case along with the #USCIS personnel’s! I Prayed and spoke into existence that my case won’t go through an interview and it did not. Eventhough, it’s all depends on that individual situation because everyone person case process unique. but thank to the human who processed my case I did use a lawyer plus I had a few missing information on one of my forms and I provided the additional evidence. Dealt with it professionally and with respect.

I am here legally and my I-485 got denied with reason: You are not in a lawful non immigrant status when you filled your I-485 whereas I have been legally here in the states for 8yrs with a pending asylum case, and I recently got married and applied for I130 which was approved. anyone has experience this or any advice will greatly appreciate it🥺🥺 thanks #i485 #refilling #uscis

Just thinking 🤔 out loud...
Please those with cases @ the National Benefits Center NBC with no field offices that got approvals I need your advice.
How long does it take for each steps? I am very worried cos I heard when cases are transferred either to other centers or to field offices, it shortens the processing time. Mine is stucked @ NBC center with no Field Office, does it mean I will have to wait forever before I can get response or approval?
Pls advise asap, I am so frustrated here.

I-485 Denied.... Please I need any Advice!!!!!!!!
My i-485 got denied this morning,
Reason: You are seeking adjustment of status to that of a preference-based immigrant, and you were not in a lawful nonimmigrant status when you filed your Form I-485.
Again there is this statement: The evidence of record shows that, when you filed your application, you were lawfully present in the United States. Your period of authorized stay has expired.
I did file for my i-130 a while back and it was approved. Have been in the U.S for 8yrs legally with a pending asylum case.
Will appreciate any advice on what to do next thank you all.

Case still @ National Benefits Center!
I chatted with a Live Agent this Morning via Emma & I was told my cases are still @ the National Benefits Center. I filed my cases "I-485, I-131, I-765 in November 2022. I got the I-765 approved in April. So far so good, USCIS says my case is progressing normally.
I read about people having their cases being transferred to Field Office & they get their approval within a short while. A lot of people that filed after I did have had their cases approved. I filed with a valid Non Immigrant visa with no case of overstay. Should I worry about my case being stucked @ the National Benefits Center?
Please, kindly advice I am feeling very sad now.
