✅ MY PROCESS TIMELINE (CR-1/ IR-1 VISA) 📍1° STEP: USCIS ✓ March 07th, 2023: Form I-130 Submitted ✓ March 14th, 2023: 1°st Actively Reviewed ✓ September 08th, 2023: Expedited Request + Answered in the same day by e-mail : Denied. ✓ February 12th, 2024: 2°nd Actively Reviewed+ Approval Notice available in the documents section. ✓ February 14th, 2024: Case Approved - officially updated on the website. ✓ February 17th, 2024: Case sent to the NVC 📍2° STEP: NVC ✓ February 19th, 2024: NVC Welcome Letter ✓ February 23th, 2024: NVC Fees Paid ✓ February 25th,2024: NVC Fees said PAID instead of IN PROCESS. ✓ March 07th, 2024: Uploaded all documents ✓ March 14th, 2024: Documents Accepted + 02 Review notes. ✓ March 17th, 2024: We answered the review notes via Public Inquiry. ✓ March 19th, 2024: We got a message to submit the tax return that we already did before. ✓ March 20th,2024: We submitted again the Petitioner Tax Return Transcript 2022 (3rd time) ✓ March 25th, 2024: Documentarily Qualified Note: We had a delay in this stage because we submitted the same document 3x due to the website was having a problem and for some reason it did not show the document sent to the NVC officer, but it appeared for us. 📍3° STEP: INTERVIEW (Local: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) ✓ May 27th, 2024: Interview letter informing the Interview Date (received by: email) ✓ June 20th, 2024: blood test +X-ray: Local : Rio de Janeiro (I scheduled it according to the doctor's instructions) ✓ June 26th, 2024: Medical Appointment: Local: Rio de Janeiro (I scheduled it according to the Consulate's instructions) ✓ July 03th, 2024: Photo + Fingerprint in the CAVS: Local: Rio de Janeiro (I scheduled it according to the Consulate's instructions) ✓ July 10th, 2024: Interview in Rio de janeiro (NVC scheduled it) Note 01) After you get the letter saying the date for your interview, you have to schedule the medical appointment, the exames and the day to take the photo+ fingerprint. All this has to happen before your interview date. In the email they will give you all instructions based in your country of origin. Note 02) All exams are made in credentials clinics by the US Consulate, it has to be done before your medical appointment. When you schedule the appointment they give you the instructions for the exams.
