Waiting for CR1 Interview Letter at KLL
Hello people,
I got DQ on April 30, 2024 and my case is currently At NVC, category CR1, consulate: Kuala Lumpur (KLL). No transfer, KL based petition.
Does anyone has any idea how long does US embassy Kuala Lumpur take to schedule an interview for CR1?

VAWA Greencard Interview after multiple expedite requests.
Hello everyone, I received a letter from USCIS requesting an interview following my request to expedite my green card application due to hardship and humanitarian reasons. My VAWA was approved last year June and medcal was received by USCIS in August. What should I prepare for this interview? Hi everyone. Me and my wife got the interview notice at the NY Federal Plaza on 04/30/2024. Everybody says that we'll have approvals after interview but I think they might see something wrong or consider non-eligible. I am still working with the same employer and living at the same address. I had Tourist visa and then E-1 and now Employment Based Green Card from the same employer. My wife is pregnant and hopefully we are waiting a baby. While this interview process make us nervous, I hope everything goes well. Finger crossed.

Interview | Tax Return 2023 | CR-1 VISA 💙
Hii Guys! I don't know if anyone here has had this same experience..
Well, my interview will be after April, and my sponsor has not yet completed the tax return for 2023, he always applies for the extension.
Do you believe that this document will be requested in the interview as an extra document? Considering that during approval by the NVC this document had not yet been requested, only the 2022 tax return.

📍1° STEP: USCIS
✓ March 07th, 2023: Form I-130 Submitted
✓ March 14th, 2023: 1°st Actively Reviewed
✓ September 08th, 2023: Expedited Request + Answered in the same day by e-mail : Denied.
✓ February 12th, 2024: 2°nd Actively Reviewed+ Approval Notice available in the documents section.
✓ February 14th, 2024: Case Approved - officially updated on the website.
✓ February 17th, 2024: Case sent to the NVC
📍2° STEP: NVC
✓ February 19th, 2024: NVC Welcome Letter
✓ February 23th, 2024: NVC Fees Paid
✓ February 25th,2024: NVC Fees said PAID instead of IN PROCESS.
✓ March 07th, 2024: Uploaded all documents
✓ March 14th, 2024: Documents Accepted + 02 Review notes.
✓ March 17th, 2024: We answered the review notes via Public Inquiry.
✓ March 19th, 2024: We got a message to submit the tax return that we already did before.
✓ March 20th,2024: We submitted again the Petitioner Tax Return Transcript 2022 (3rd time)
✓ March 25th, 2024: Documentarily Qualified
Note: We had a delay in this stage because we submitted the same document 3x due to the website was having a problem and for some reason it did not show the document sent to the NVC officer, but it appeared for us.
📍3° STEP: INTERVIEW (Local: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)
✓ May 27th, 2024: Interview letter informing the Interview Date (received by: email)
✓ June 20th, 2024: blood test +X-ray: Local : Rio de Janeiro (I scheduled it according to the doctor's instructions)
✓ June 26th, 2024: Medical Appointment: Local: Rio de Janeiro (I scheduled it according to the Consulate's instructions)
✓ July 03th, 2024: Photo + Fingerprint in the CAVS: Local: Rio de Janeiro (I scheduled it according to the Consulate's instructions)
✓ July 10th, 2024: Interview in Rio de janeiro (NVC scheduled it)
Note 01) After you get the letter saying the date for your interview, you have to schedule the medical appointment, the exames and the day to take the photo+ fingerprint. All this has to happen before your interview date. In the email they will give you all instructions based in your country of origin.
Note 02) All exams are made in credentials clinics by the US Consulate, it has to be done before your medical appointment. When you schedule the appointment they give you the instructions for the exams.
Note 03) Make sure you have all the necessary vaccinations before your medical appointment.
